Description
Montmorency Cherry (a tart cherry on Mazzard rootstock) is a fruiting cherry tree prized for its bright red, tangy cherries used in pies and preserves. Hardy in USDA zones 4-7, it needs full sun to fruit well and is self-pollinating. It blooms in mid-spring (April) with abundant white flowers.
