Landscaping Support
Plants are half of a landscape. The other half is what goes under and around them — soil, mulch, rock, edging, water, and light. We sell those materials by the yard and by the pallet, and we run the crews that install them. Whether you are doing it yourself this weekend or handing us the whole project, this is the page.
Bulk Materials
Sold by the scoop or the yard, loaded into your truck or trailer at the yard, or delivered to your site. Bring a tarp.
| Material | What It Is For |
|---|---|
| Hardwood & Dyed Mulch | Beds and tree rings. Holds moisture through summer and keeps soil temperature down. Refresh annually. |
| Decorative Rock | River rock, lava rock, and crushed stone for low-maintenance beds, drip strips, and drainage. |
| Topsoil, Compost & Garden Mix | Bed building, raised beds, grade repair, and amending the clay we all deal with around here. |
| Paver Base & Sand | Base material and joint sand for patio, walkway, and wall projects. |
| Edging & Weed Barrier | Steel and poly edging, landscape fabric, staples, and drip-compatible barrier. |
| Fertilizer & Soil Amendments | Starter fertilizer, tree stakes, root stimulator, and the amendments that actually matter in Central Kansas soil. |

Doing It Yourself? We Will Still Help.
Tell us what you are building. We will tell you how much material it takes, what order to do it in, and where people usually go wrong. No charge, no obligation — that is the whole point of buying from a local yard instead of a big box.
