How a Drip System Actually Works

Instead of a spray head throwing water through the air, drip line runs along the ground or just beneath the mulch, with small emitters spaced at set intervals that release water slowly and directly into the soil. Pressure-compensating emitters keep flow even across the whole run, whether that emitter is close to the valve or at the far end of a long bed, so every plant gets a consistent amount regardless of its position in the zone.

Retrofitting Into an Existing System

Most properties already have some form of irrigation in place, and drip doesn’t require starting over. We tie new drip zones into your existing controller and valve setup, converting spray zones that are currently watering beds inefficiently without touching the zones that are already working fine for turf.
